Toddler Care Teacher Location: Toa Payoh / Sengkang / Sembawang / Bedok / Sixth Avenue and many more Working Days: Mon-Fri Working hours : 44 hours per week KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Create a secure and quality learning environment for the children through nurturing trusting and respectful relationships with them. Enrich children’s learning by co-designing and implementing a developmentally and culturally appropriate curriculum, while integrating innovative teaching and learning practices. Proactive and intentional in strengthening partnerships with families and the community, and co-design collaborative efforts with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve this goal. Guide the junior educators in enhancing their professional practice. Provide suggestions, ideas to improve professional development in the preschool, while also contributing to the preschool's culture of collaboration and collegiality. Responsive to the needs of infants and toddlers. Create a secure environment for infants and toddlers through nurturing respectful, responsive and reciprocal relationships with them. Create a quality learning environment through implementing developmentally appropriate curricula and programmes. Build trusting and respectful relationships and partnerships with stakeholders by actively engaging the children’s family and community. Engage in ongoing professional development and reflective practice, and contribute to fostering a culture of collaboration and collegiality with relevant stakeholders.
