About this role
Position: Corporate Finance Associate Salary: $5,000 – $8,000 Working Days: Monday – Friday Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm Location: Tanjong Pagar Key Responsibilities: Assist in handling the company’s daily banking and financing matters, including banking facilities, working capital loans, and trade financing activities. Liaise with banks and financial institutions on daily financing matters, including financing applications, document submissions, loan drawdowns, and renewals. Assist in preparing financing-related documents, including financial information, operational data, banking forms, and supporting materials. Support trade finance operations, including Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), Trust Receipts (TR), import financing, and other banking facilities. Assist in maintaining financing records, loan schedules, repayment tracking, and filing of financing documents. Coordinate with the finance team on fund arrangements, data consolidation, and basic financing cost analysis. Assist in handling finance-related administrative and reporting work, including report preparation, data compilation, documentation, and internal coordination. Monitor banking policies and financing market developments to support the company’s financing activities. Assist in maintaining day-to-day communication with banks, financial institutions, and external business partners. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in banking facilities, trade finance, finance, or related fields. Familiar with basic banking loan and trade finance processes, including LC, BG, TR, and working capital financing facilities. Familiar with bank term sheets, trade financing, and bank loans.
