(Italian MNC - Marine and Power Industries) Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm // 8.30am-5.30pm [ NO OT Required ] After confirmed entitled to 6 days WFH per month Location: 2-3 bus stop from Clementi MRT, Singapore Basic: $2,800 - $3,200 + AWS + Performance Bonus [ March ] Requirements: Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping requirements Proficiency in ERP systems, shipping software, and relevant IT tools Minimum 1 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry, preferably handling marine or engineering equipment and spare part Job Scopes: Ensuring a smooth and efficient transportation of goods from warehouse to various destinations Manage billing to customers with high accuracy. Preparation and Stock entries into system. Work closely with the procurement and warehouse teams to meet customers' needs Responsible for coordinating and sourcing for freight forwarders Responsible in Accounts opening of new vendors Ensure that all shipments comply with local and international regulations, including customs clearance and documentation requirements Propose insurance as and when required, follow up cases with vendors pertaining damage/loss cargo during transportation.
