Admin cum Accounts Assistant Salary: $2200 - $2500 + AWS + Performance Bonus Working Days: Mon - Fri | 8.30am - 6pm Working Location: Woodlands Walk Job Description Answer phone calls, emails, and general enquiries. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and filing. Maintain and organize office documents and records. Prepare letters, reports, and other administrative documents. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers. Perform data entry for accounting transactions. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and account reconciliations. Provide general administrative support to management and other departments.
