0731 - Cook (Western Cuisine)

Role: Cook (Western Cuisine) Working Days: 6 days Working hours: 6.30am - 3pm Working Location: Beach Rd Salary: $2300 - $2500 Job Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with the company's recipes and quality standards. Ensure all food is prepared, cooked, and presented consistently with high standards of taste and appearance. Assist in the preparation and service of breakfast, including setting up and replenishing breakfast items. Perform food preparation duties such as washing, cutting, marinating, and portioning ingredients. Prepare staff meals according to the daily menu and required portions. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, equipment, and food preparation areas at all times. Wash kitchen utensils, cookware, and dishes when required, and assist with general dishwashing duties. Monitor food stock levels and inform the supervisor when supplies need replenishment. Store food properly and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and food safety regulations. Ensure compliance with Singapore food hygiene and workplace safety standards. Assist with receiving and checking deliveries of food and kitchen supplies. Work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Perform any other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Chef or Management. Preferred Qualifications Experience in preparing Western Cuisine. Experience in hotel, café, or restaurant kitchen operations.
