Technical proficiency Provide technical advice to project managers and engineers Provide technical write-ups Resolving related mechanical matters Provide training and mentoring of mechanical Engineers Collection and investigation of necessary information for future projects/ tenders, development of relationship with potential clients and consultants for future projects Interpretation of specifications, terms and conditions, drawings and any other relevant documents Advise in preparation of presentation slides for tender interviews Advise Value Engineering for tenders and projects Advise Technical Specification compliance b. Operation Leads Interpretation of specifications, terms and conditions, compliances, drawings and any other relevant documents Involve in project write up such as understanding scope of work, manpower histogram, programs, Gantt Chart on scope of works using Microsoft Project software and Organization chart Monitor of project cashflow and P&L. Attend meetings with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors with project managers to sort out operations issues.
