Accounts Executive (Full-Set) Location: Robinson Road (Office Might Move to Ubi at year end) Working days: 5 days (Mon - Fri) Working time: 9am to 6pm Salary: $2500- $3500 Occasional overtime may be required during month-end closing due to coordination with overseas teams across different time zones. Responsibilities Handle full set of accounts and monthly closing for three Singapore entities (including one dormant company). Prepare and submit GST returns. Liaise with external auditors and manage annual audit processes. Ensure timely submission of ECI, ACRA and AGM filings. Manage the closure of overseas dormant entities where required. Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation. Review and account for corporate credit card expenses. Prepare payments via Internet Banking, cheque and cash. Handle bank administration matters, including forms and correspondence. Process and coordinate trade finance documentation, including DP submissions. Maintain proper filing and document control. Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience. Experience handling full set of accounts independently. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred. Immediate Starters preferred.
