Role Purpose The Retail Associate is essential to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers and their pets. This role involves assisting customers in selecting products, maintaining store appearance, and fostering a welcoming environment. By showcasing knowledge of pet care and products, the Retail Associate helps to ensure that pets and their owners find everything they need for a happy, healthy life together. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner Provide guidance on pet products, including food, toys, and accessories Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment Restock shelves and manage inventory to ensure product availability Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns Educate customers on pet care and responsible ownership practices Posses a strong sense of team work to achieve sales goals and enhance customer service Qualifications Previous retail experience preferred, especially in pet care or related fields Strong communication and interpersonal skills A genuine LOVE for animals and a commitment to their well-being We welcome candidates we are enthusiastic about pets and customer service to apply.
