Logistics Executive (Fresh Graduates Welcome) Job Summary Support daily warehouse operations, assisting with stock control, delivery coordination, and inventory accuracy, while learning the end-to-end logistics process for steel and construction materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Assist in managing day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely order processing Accurately enter and update inventory data to support stock tracking, reporting, and operational decision-making Monitor stock levels and help coordinate orders for warehouse consumables and materials Support logistics planning and delivery scheduling to ensure on-time dispatch of steel products and construction materials Participate in periodic and annual stock counts, reconciling physical inventory against system records Receive, inspect, transfer, and store incoming raw materials and finished goods, ensuring quality and accuracy Record and help investigate internal and customer feedback, supporting corrective and preventive action follow-ups Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute ideas to improve productivity and reduce waste Help verify inventory accuracy, ensure proper stock placement and labelling, and maintain warehouse documentation Assist with basic checks and upkeep of warehouse equipment to ensure functionality and safety Follow workplace safety regulations, company SOPs, and relevant industry standards at all times Preferred Competencies and Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship or part-time experience in warehousing/logistics is a plus but not required Willingness to learn, with a proactive and hands-on attitude Good organisational and communication skills; able to work well both independently and in a team Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Office; familiarity with inventory systems is an advantage What’s Offered ✔ Opportunity to support regional SEA expansion projects ✔Exposure to digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing operations ✔5.5-day work week ✔Daily lunch provided ✔Company transport arranged ✔Stable permanent opportunity with strong long-term growth potential If you would like to explore this opportunity, please email your resume in Microsoft Word format to eugene.chang@thevinesearch.com We thank you for your interest and will contact shortlisted candidates for a more detailed discussion.
