About this role
Job Responsibilities: Food Service & Operations Support Ensure food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, utensils, and equipment are clean, sanitized, and well maintained. Check sanitation and cleanliness of equipment daily and report any faulty equipment immediately to the supervisor. Practice and strictly follow food hygiene, personal hygiene, and contamination prevention procedures. Observe safe work procedures when handling equipment and comply with emergency and employee entrance procedures at client premises. Assist in serving dishes when required and support daily outlet operations. Be professional, polite, and attentive when interacting with clients. Assist clients with operational needs and escalate feedback or issues promptly to the supervisor. Maintain accurate data recording for basic food hygiene requirements. Learning & Development / HR Support Support registration and follow-up for Food Service–related training workshops and courses, including coordination with external training partners. Assist in communication and coordination of Learning & Development (L&D) and HR activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation. Support training needs analysis and training effectiveness evaluation through survey administration and basic data analysis. Assist in consolidating confidential employee data and documentation for special L&D projects. Support coordination and participation in HR-related staff engagement activities. Other administrative duties assigned by the manager On-site location: Bukom Island Preferences Food & Beverage experience is required.
