Key Responsibilities Conduct personalised consultations to understand customers' needs and recommend suitable yoga classes and membership packages. Drive membership sales and achieve sales targets. Close sales and accurately complete membership documentation in the system. Respond promptly to customer enquiries via online and offline channels. Provide excellent after-sales support and guide members throughout their yoga journey in collaboration with our instructors.
