Key Responsibilities 1) Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon. 2) Ensure smooth scheduling of appointments and staff rosters. 3) Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards. 4) Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as required. Customer Service 1) Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction. 2) Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. 3) Build long-term relationships with clients and encourage repeat business. Staff Management 1) Supervise, train, and motivate salon employees. 2) Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance. 3) Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. 4) Ensure employees comply with salon policies and procedures. Sales & Business Development 1) Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. 2) Promote salon services, packages, and retail products. 3) Develop marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers. 4) Monitor business performance and prepare management reports. Financial Administration 1) Handle daily cash reconciliation and sales reporting. 2) Monitor expenses and assist with budgeting. 3) Ensure accurate record-keeping of transactions and customer information. Requirements 1) Minimum 12 years of experience in salon, beauty, spa, or retail management. 2) Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. 3) Excellent customer service and communication abilities. 4) Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. 5) Basic knowledge of sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling. 6) Familiarity with salon booking systems and social media marketing is an advantage. 7) Mandatory language- English…
