Facility Service & Maintenance Contract Engineer (M&E)

Project service & maintenance lead Responsibilities: Assist on fulfilment of service & maintenance of completed projects. Co-ordinate with clients, consultants and main contractors on schedule and permit application. Appointment of contractors and in-house workers team on the execution. Inspect and evaluate on work performed by subcontractors. Prepare reports and request for submission of claims. Involve on tendering for services & maintenance contracts. Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field. Preferable with minimum 1-3 years of working experience in M&E field. Ability to work independently and willing to travel based on the project site locally. Basic computer skills: Microsoft Offices. Safety certification possession is an advantage.
