Operation Executive (Sales & Online E-Commerce)

Job Scope: Respond to sales enquires and process sales order. Execute day to day sales enquires and e-Commerce operation, sales and deliverables Manage, create and update website content and ensure accuracy of product descriptions, images and inventory etc. Liaise with inter-departments on product availabilities and order fulfilment Perform administrative tasks in handling order fulfilment, documentation, customer service and support Monitor and provide weekly and monthly reports of online sales and product performance Execute online marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media content. Capture, edit and publish photos and videos of products and services for marketing purposes. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in related discipline Preferably 3 years relevant working experience in e-Commerce retail sector Possess good interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently and a good team player Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills Knowledge in digital marketing, SEO & SEM preferred Familiar with Photoshop and HTML added advantage Enjoy working in outdoor environment and love for nature and greenery
