Client Success Director (Thai Speaking)

The Client Success Director is responsible for ensuring clients successfully adopt and scale the core banking platform to achieve contracted outcomes and account volumes. This includes owning the end-to-end client success plan, managing P&L for paid services, and maintaining high-level executive relationships. Candidates must be fluent in Thai and have proven experience delivering core banking transformation programs from either a vendor or financial institution perspective. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage senior banking stakeholders are essential.
