Employment Type: Full-Time Monthly Salary: SGD 5,000 – SGD 6,500 Job Summary We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations, coordinating schedules, preparing business documents, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and executive support to Management. Manage calendars, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements. Prepare business correspondence, reports, presentations and official documents. Maintain accurate filing systems and company records. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Liaise with employers, candidates, overseas recruitment partners and relevant stakeholders where required. Prepare and review business correspondence and employment-related documentation. Assist with translation and interpretation of business communications and documents where required. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Monitor and follow up on assigned projects and administrative matters. Perform other administrative duties assigned by Management. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in administrative, executive support or personal assistant roles. Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. High level of professionalism and integrity when handling confidential information. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Language Requirement Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese are required as this role involves regular communication with English-speaking and Chinese-speaking employers, candidates and overseas recruitment partners, as well as the preparation, review and translation of business correspondence and employment-related documentation in both languages. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting senior management. Experience in coordinating with overseas business partners. Strong business writing and document management skills. Experience in the employment services, recruitment or human resources industry will be an advantage.
