Customer Service Officer (Logistics) We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, be responsive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with customers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Job Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding sales inquiries, service requests, and delivery-related matters, while providing excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships. Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery arrangements, updates, and any service-related issues while managing customer expectations professionally. Process customer orders accurately and coordinate order fulfillment closely with drivers and the operations team to ensure timely delivery. Update and maintain accurate records of customer orders, delivery schedules, and operational information within internal systems. Manage a fleet of drivers on daily delivery operations, monitor delivery progress, and handle any operational or performance-related issues that may arise. Work closely with team members across departments to ensure smooth coordination and efficient day-to-day operational execution. Support the team in resolving customer issues, delivery challenges, and operational exceptions in a timely manner. Requirements Prior experience in customer service, logistics coordination, supply chain operations, freight forwarding, or related industries is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment. Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer expectations professionally.
