Freight Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Key Responsibilities Coordinate import and export shipments via air, sea, and land freight Prepare and process shipping documents including BL, permits, invoices, packing lists, and delivery orders Liaise closely with customers, overseas agents, carriers, transporters, warehouses, and internal departments Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers Coordinate customs clearance and ensure compliance with Singapore Customs requirements Handle billing, vendor invoices, and job costing Resolve shipment issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly Maintain accurate records and update operational systems Support continuous process improvements and innovation initiatives Requirements Minimum GCE “N” / “O” Levels, Diploma, or equivalent Experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry preferred Familiar with import/export procedures and shipping documentation Knowledge of TradeNet and Singapore Customs procedures is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication Responsible, organised, and able to multitask under pressure Good communication and coordination skills Team player with positive working attitude Why Join Us?
