Inventory Management Executive

Tiong Lian Food Pte Ltd, a leading food processing, manufacturing and distribution company, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Management Executive to join our team. This full-time role will be responsible for managing and monitoring the company's inventory , ensuring efficient stock management and timely delivery to our customers. What you'll be doing Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels across multiple warehouses Coordinating with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align inventory with demand and optimize stock levels Analyzing inventory data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to minimize stock wastage and improve inventory turnover Conducting regular stock takes and cycle counts to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation Identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies and implementing corrective measures Assisting with the implementation of new inventory management systems and processes Providing timely and accurate inventory reports to management What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in an inventory management or supply chain role in the food manufacturing industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and act on inventory data Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Proficiency in using Microsoft Navision (or similar ERP software) and Microsoft Excel Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
