Inventory & Logistics Senior/Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES Perform daily stock count, record daily movement, and do stock adjustment. Updates excel worksheet on all outgoing shipment to insurer for insurance coverage at the end of the day. Compute insurance value and arrange stocks for insurance. Issue Transfer Order (TO), Marketing Loan (ML), Manual OA (spare parts), Proforma Invoice (PI)/ Commercial Invoice and Tax invoices. Coordinate/manage the transportation of goods, including import and export activities permit / cites and carnet, and ensure full compliance. Liaise with freight forwarders and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. Perform quarterly/half-yearly and annual stock-take and reconcile when there is discrepancy. Perform consignment billing/ Inter-company billing and ad-hoc direct billing. Attend to enquiries and support sales department to facilitate sales transactions. Process Purchase Orders (PO) for Brands Department and arrange for deliveries to respective boutiques. Work closing with Operation / Brands team on updating of Purchase / Sales Price list. Assist in inventory management and safety/control, adhering to SOP procedures. Provide administrative support to the department whenever required. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned. REQUIREMENTS Proficient in MS Office – Excel & Word and system savvy. Willing to learn and adaptable to changes. Able to work well in a team environment and independently. Detail-oriented and positive work attitude. Possess good verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in inventory & logistics management will be advantageous. Experience in inventory management software such as Business Central will be advantageous, otherwise training will be provided.
