M&E Supervisor

Job Summary You will manage M&E subcontractors and coordinate project activities to ensure timely progress, quality workmanship, and compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with project teams to prepare technical documentation and support project delivery. Responsibilities Prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval to ensure compliance with project specifications Manage and coordinate M&E subcontractors to maintain work progress according to schedule Monitor and supervise work progression and quality control to meet project standards and timelines Enforce adherence to safety regulations on site and participate in all project and progress meetings to align with the master program schedule Collaborate with Project Manager and/or Engineer to prepare Work Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and related client documentation upon request Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications Ensure all work complies with relevant standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations Required competencies and certifications Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines Minimum 3 years’ experience with a Main Contractor in project management and/or site coordination for building or civil engineering projects
