Sales & Marketing Executive (Contract)

Key Responsibilities Marketing Support Manage the company’s LinkedIn account and support digital marketing activities. Create engaging content for LinkedIn, newsletters, and other marketing channels. Prepare internal marketing updates and communications. Coordinate marketing campaigns and email communications. Maintain and organise marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials. Assist in developing marketing content, graphics, and other communication materials. Support branding initiatives and ensure marketing materials remain up to date. Events& Customer Engagement Support the planning, coordination, and execution of customer events, seminars, exhibitions, webinars, and trade shows. Assist with customer visits, product demonstrations, training sessions, and partner workshops. Coordinate event logistics, registrations, and marketing materials. Assist with post-event follow-up, reporting, and customer communications. Sales Support Prepare quotations using standard company templates. Maintain CRM records, customer databases, and sales opportunity information. Track quotation status and assist with customer follow-ups. Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales documentation. Provide administrative support to the regional sales team as required. Requirements Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Good written and spoken English. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Familiarity with LinkedIn, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools is an advantage.
