Legal Secretary (Litigation)

Company Overview TKQP Law LLP is a respected law firm located in Singapore’s Central Business District. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to support our banking litigation department. You will work closely with the legal team to manage case deadlines, provide secretarial and administrative assistance, and contribute to the smooth operation of the department. Responsibilities Manage banking litigation and debt recovery files from commencement to enforcement. Prepare and file bankruptcy applications, Writs of Seizure and Sale, garnishee applications, Examination of Judgment Debtor applications, and other enforcement documents. Assist in preparing affidavits, summonses, and correspondence. Liaise with clients, the courts, sheriffs, insolvency offices, and other relevant parties. Assist solicitors in case preparation, hearings, and settlement matters. Maintain accurate file records and ensure compliance with court procedures. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience working in a banking litigation department
