The AI Specialist is responsible for driving the adoption, implementation, and governance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions across the group. This role identifies business opportunities, evaluates AI technologies, manages AI initiatives, and promotes the effective use of AI tools to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and business outcomes. As the group's AI subject matter expert, the AI Specialist works closely with business stakeholders, external vendors, and technology partners to support the group's AI transformation journey. Responsibilities: AI Strategy & Innovation Identify opportunities to leverage AI across business functions. Develop and maintain the group's AI roadmap. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and industry trends. Recommend AI solutions that align with business objectives. AI Solution Implementation Assess, recommend, and support deployment of AI solutions. Lead AI proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot projects. Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners. Monitor implementation progress and business outcomes. Generative AI and Productivity Solutions Drive adoption of Generative AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AzureOpenAI, ChatGPT Enterprise, and Power Platform AI capabilities. Develop AI use cases and automation opportunities. Establish prompt engineering best practices and usage guidelines. Business Engagement Conduct AI discovery workshops with business units. Gather and analyse business requirements. Translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions. Provide recommendations to management on AI opportunities. Governance and Risk Management Establish AI usage policies and standards. Promote responsible and ethical AI practices. Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. Assess and mitigate AI-related risks. Training and User Adoption Deliver AI awareness and training programs. Develop user guides and best-practice materials. Support employees in adopting AI tools effectively. Measure user adoption and satisfaction. Vendor and Stakeholder Management Evaluate AI vendors and solutions. Manage relationships with external service providers. Monitor vendor performance and project deliverables. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful AI adoption. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related discipline. Preferably 5 years of experience in technology, digital transformation, business analysis, innovation, or related roles. Experience with AI, automation, analytics, or digital solutions is preferred. Familiarity with AI tools and cloud-based platforms. Work hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm Others: Meals are provided.
