Position Overview 职位简介 The Florist Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily florist operations, managing floral displays and arrangements, supervising the florist team, and ensuring smooth coordination for retail, dining ambience, celebrations, and special events. 花艺主管将负责管理日常花艺运营、花艺摆设与制作、监督花艺团队，并确保零售花束、餐厅氛围布置、生日庆祝及特别活动等执行顺畅。 Key Responsibilities 工作职责 Floral Operations 花艺运营 Prepare and oversee daily fresh flower arrangements and floral displays 负责每日鲜花制作及花艺陈列 Ensure all floral products meet brand presentation and quality standards 确保所有花艺作品符合品牌视觉及品质标准 Manage flower conditioning, storage, maintenance, and freshness control 管理鲜花养护、储存及保鲜工作 Handle bouquet wrapping and customised floral requests 负责花束包装及客制化花艺需求 Support festive decorations and seasonal floral setups 协助节庆及季节性花艺布置 Team Supervision 团队管理 Supervise and guide florist team on daily operations 监督及指导花艺团队日常工作 Conduct training on flower handling and presentation standards 培训员工鲜花处理及花艺标准 Assist in manpower scheduling and task delegation 协助排班及工作分配 Maintain teamwork, discipline, and operational consistency 维持团队合作与运营稳定性 Inventory & Cost Control 库存与成本管理 Monitor flower inventory, materials, and supplies 管理鲜花及花艺材料库存 Coordinate flower ordering and supplier communication 协调订花及供应商沟通 Minimise wastage and ensure proper stock rotation 减少损耗并确保库存流转正常 Support cost control and budgeting 协助成本控制与预算管理 Customer Experience 顾客服务 Assist customers with bouquet recommendations and floral selections 协助顾客选择花束及花艺产品 Handle customer requests professionally and warmly 专业及友善地处理顾客需求 Support birthday celebrations and VIP floral arrangements 协助生日庆祝及VIP花艺布置 Coordination & Maintenance 协调与维护 Work closely with operations and service teams 与营运及服务团队紧密合作 Ensure floral areas are clean and visually attractive 确保花艺区域整洁美观 Support visual merchandising and overall ambience presentation 协助整体视觉陈列与空间氛围呈现 Requirements 任职要求 Minimum 2–3 years experience in florist or floral operations 至少2至3年花艺相关工作经验 Supervisory experience preferred 有团队管理经验者优先 Good knowledge of flower care and arrangement styles 熟悉鲜花护理及花艺设计 Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sense 具创意及良好审美能力 Able to work in a fast-paced environment 能适应快节奏工作环境 Good communication and teamwork skills 良好沟通及团队合作能力 Responsible, organised, and hands-on attitude 做事认真负责，具执行力 Able to work weekends and public holidays when required 能配合周末及公共假期工作 Preferred Qualifications 加分条件 Experience in hospitality, café, restaurant, or lifestyle concepts 有餐饮、咖啡馆或生活品牌经验者优先 Experience in event floral setup and decorations 有活动花艺布置经验者优先 Familiar with inventory and operations coordination 熟悉库存及营运协调工作 Benefits 福利待遇 Staff meals provided 提供员工餐 Staff discounts 员工优惠 Career growth opportunities 晋升与发展机会 Creative and dynamic working environment 创意与活力的工作环境
