Junior Quantity Surveyor (Construction)

Job Summary Support construction projects by managing cost estimation, tender preparation, progress claims, and site coordination to ensure accurate budgeting and timely project delivery. Responsibilities Calculate quantities and source subcontractors and suppliers to prepare competitive tender submissions Develop pre-contract cost estimates and project cash-flow forecasts to support financial planning Prepare progress claims, progress reports, and update monthly cost monitoring to track project budgets Manage project administration and documentation, including valuation of progress claims, variations, and final accounts Conduct site measurements and participate in site meetings to ensure accurate project tracking and communication Manage and communicate effectively with subcontractors and consultants to facilitate project coordination Utilize basic computer skills in MS Office and AutoCAD to support project documentation and reporting Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support project and team needs Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent qualification 1–2 years of relevant working experience in the construction sector Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
