Job Summary Support the Project Manager by planning, coordinating, and documenting construction projects to ensure timely progress, budget adherence, safety compliance, and effective communication with all stakeholders. Responsibilities Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction project activities from inception to completion to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, progress reports, and correspondence for effective project tracking Track project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs) against timelines and budgets to support Project Manager decision-making Organize and attend project meetings, distributing action items to relevant parties to ensure clear communication and follow-up Ensure all contractors complete safety induction and comply with safe work procedures and risk control measures to maintain a safe site environment Coordinate daily activities of workers and subcontractors to optimize resource allocation and task completion Proactively identify and resolve site issues in a timely manner, escalating to Project Manager when necessary to minimize delays Collaborate closely with Project Manager and project consultants to ensure all drawings and correspondence are accurately documented throughout project phases Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field 2-3 years of experience in construction project coordination or a similar role within the construction industry Strong team leading skills Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
