Sales Merchandising & Events Coordinator

Job Responsibilities: Perform islandwide delivery and collection of goods, including loading and unloading of items. Handle physical work such as moving, carrying, arranging, and setting up goods at various locations. Responsible for booth design, setup, dismantling, and decoration for events, exhibitions, roadshows, and functions. Attend and support company events/functions from preparation stage until completion. Ensure all event materials, equipment, and products are properly arranged and maintained. Assist with merchandising activities, product displays, and promotional setups. Travel islandwide to different locations based on operational requirements. Work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Working Requirements: 6-day work week is required. Must be prepared to work on weekends, Public Holidays, and after-office hours when required. Working hours may vary depending on delivery schedules and event requirements. Must be willing to work long hours during event periods. Must be comfortable with outdoor work and hands-on tasks. Must be able to work independently and handle pressure.
