We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to drive brand visibility and business growth in the carpark management sector. This hybrid role combines strategic marketing initiatives with hands-on business development activities to expand our market presence across commercial buildings, residential estates, and industrial properties. You will be instrumental in crafting compelling value propositions, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients through targeted marketing campaigns and direct business development efforts. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Brand Management Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote carpark management solutions and smart parking technologies Manage digital marketing channels (website, email campaigns, etc) to generate B2B leads Create sales collateral, brochures, case studies, and proposal templates showcasing service capabilities Organise and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client presentations Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and marketing materials Business Development Support Identify and prospect new business opportunities across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing and positioning strategies Prepare and pitch proposals to property managers, MCSTs, and facility directors Support tender responses and RFP submissions with compelling written content and presentations Nurture relationships with existing clients to drive referrals and contract renewals Collaborate with operations team to develop client success stories and testimonials Market Intelligence Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in smart parking Analyse customer needs and feedback to refine service offerings and marketing messaging Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field B2B marketing experience Proven track record in lead generation and content creation Strong writing and presentation skills Comfortable with direct client engagement and sales activities Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects
