Workshop Service Advisor Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Workshop Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the main point of contact between customers and our workshop, ensuring a smooth service experience from vehicle check-in to collection. Responsibilities Attend to walk-in, phone, and WhatsApp customer enquiries. Book service appointments and coordinate workshop schedules. Prepare quotations, invoices, and job orders. Explain repair recommendations and servicing requirements to customers. Follow up on repair progress and provide timely updates. Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and efficient repairs. Order and monitor required spare parts when necessary. Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally. Conduct vehicle check-in and check-out inspections with customers. Maintain accurate service records and customer information. Recommend suitable maintenance services and value-added products based on vehicle condition. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support. Requirements Experience as a Service Advisor or in the automotive industry is preferred. Basic knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literate and comfortable using WhatsApp, Microsoft Office, and workshop management systems.
