Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Engineer to support product lifecycle activities from new product introduction through mass production and end-of-life management. The successful candidate will play a key role in engineering change management, product compliance, cross-functional coordination, and regulatory documentation to ensure product quality, compliance, and continuity throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities Support Project Managers and Group Leaders in new product and project activities. Coordinate and manage Engineering Change (EC) and End-of-Life (EOL) activities for existing products. Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on engineering change matters. Support the consolidation and verification of regulatory documents such as RoHS, REACH, and Export Control requirements. Monitor and coordinate mass production activities, including engineering changes and cost reduction initiatives. Assist in preparing and maintaining engineering documentation, including BOM updates, compliance declarations, shipment and purchase requests, as well as project records and reports. Organize and coordinate meetings with relevant departments to ensure timely implementation of project plans. Follow up on action items and support project progress reporting. Perform other duties and projects assigned by management. Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or project coordination environment is preferred. Knowledge of Engineering Change Management, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), or regulatory compliance would be an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Good communication and presentation skills. Strong coordination and organizational skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
