Role Overview The Product Owner is responsible forrepresenting Credit Technology across the Asia-Pacific region, ensuringtechnology delivery remains closely aligned to business priorities, operationalneeds, and strategic objectives. Acting as the primary regionalrepresentative for Credit Technology, the role combines Product Ownership,Business Analysis, and Delivery Leadership responsibilities. Working closelywith brokers, desk heads, operations, technology teams, and global stakeholders,the Product Owner drives adoption of strategic platforms, supports regionalinitiatives, manages priorities, and ensures successful delivery of businessoutcomes across multiple locations including Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, andSydney. The role will serve as the centralcoordination point for APAC initiatives, platform migrations, strategicprogrammes, and day-to-day business engagement. The Product Owner will beexpected to independently investigate business and technology issues, translatecomplex requirements into actionable deliverables, coordinate regional changeinitiatives, and ensure successful delivery of strategic priorities. While the role has primaryresponsibility for supporting the APAC business, it will also contribute toglobal Credit Technology initiatives, helping shape platform improvements,release planning, operating model enhancements, and transformation activitiesacross the broader organisation. This is a highly visible rolerequiring strong stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, and theability to operate effectively across business and technology domains. Thesuccessful candidate will act as the voice of APAC within the global CreditTechnology organisation while ensuring regional priorities are effectivelyrepresented and delivered. Role Responsibilities Product Ownership · Own and prioritise the APAC Credit Technology backlog, ensuring delivery aligns with business priorities and measurable outcomes. · Translate business requirements, operationalchallenges, and strategic objectives into clear user stories, acceptancecriteria, and delivery objectives. · Partner with Product Managers and Engineeringteams to align delivery with product roadmaps and strategic goals. · Support Agile delivery teams through backlogrefinement, sprint planning, prioritisation, and requirement clarification. · Review delivered functionality and validatethat business objectives have been achieved. · Support adoption of new capabilities anddrive continuous improvement initiatives. · Maintain close alignment between businesspriorities and technology delivery. RegionalBusiness Engagement · Act as the primary Credit Technologyrepresentative for APAC business stakeholders. · Build trusted relationships with brokers,desk heads, operations teams, and regional management. · Maintain a deep understanding of regionalworkflows, priorities, challenges, and opportunities. · Gather user feedback and identifyopportunities to improve business processes and platform capabilities. · Represent APAC priorities within globalproduct and planning discussions. · Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and business reviews across the region. Business Analysis & Investigation · Lead requirements gathering, impact assessments, and solution definition activities. · Analyse business processes, trade lifecycleworkflows, and technology interactions. · Investigate production issues, user requests,operational challenges, and platform behaviour. · Work closely with development, support,infrastructure, and business teams to identify root causes and remediationoptions. · Document requirements, workflows,…
