Job Description We are looking for a Senior Training Executive to join our team! As a Senior Training Executive, we rely on you to : Organise and conduct classroom/online training Handle new hires orientation and familiarisation programme Handles administrative tasks including filing, reports, records and attendance Handles colleagues' cross exposure programmes (internally and overseas) Review training needs and training needs analysis Involve and liaise for Career Fairs, School Internships etc We are looking for someone who : Has good communication and people relationship skills Has strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task Has experience in classroom/online training Preferably possesses relevant experience in Hospitality If you are the right person, what are you waiting for?
