Job Summary Drive sales growth by leveraging your freight forwarding expertise and customer portfolio to secure new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships in a dynamic logistics environment. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in freight forwarding and logistics sectors. Leverage an existing customer portfolio to generate immediate business opportunities and sustain monthly gross profit at least 2 times your monthly salary. Build and maintain long-term relationships with shippers, importers/exporters, manufacturers, traders, and logistics decision-makers to expand business reach. Secure new contracts and sales for Air Freight, Sea Freight, Cross Trade, Project Cargo, Warehousing, Distribution, and General Cargo services. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their logistics needs and negotiate terms that maximize business outcomes. Work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment to meet and exceed sales goals. Utilize strong business development skills to identify market trends and customer needs for specialized logistics solutions. Preferred competencies and qualifications Established customer relationships in Air & Sea Freight (Import & Export). Experience handling Cross Trade Shipments and Project Cargo. Knowledge of General Cargo, Warehousing & Distribution, and E-commerce Logistics. Familiarity with Contract Logistics / 3PL and Dangerous Goods (DG) Cargo handling.
