Role Overview We are looking for a marketing-savvy Graphic Designer to own our brand’s visual execution across digital channels, print, and physical exhibitions. In this role, you will be the creative anchor for our international trade shows and exhibitions. Your job is to conceptualise the look, feel, and flow of our exhibition booth, translate that into a clear creative brief, and direct external fabrication vendors whowill bring the structure to life. You will couple this with full ownership of our digital marketing graphics, print collateral, and corporate merchandise. Key Responsibilities: 1. Exhibition Design & Creative Development Develop creative concepts and visual designs for exhibition booths, ensuring alignment with corporate branding, marketing objectives, and event requirements. Prepare detailed design briefs for fabrication vendors, including layout concepts, material specifications, branding elements, lighting requirements, and structural considerations. Review and provide creative direction on 3D renderings, technical drawings, and production artwork to ensure designs meet brand standards and project objectives. Conduct on-site quality checks during booth installation to ensure the final build accurately reflects the approved design and branding. 2. Print & Event Collateral Design Design large-format exhibition graphics, including booth backdrops, wall panels, lightboxes, banners, and signage. Produce marketing materials such as corporate brochures, product catalogues, flyers, presentation materials, and promotional collateral for events and exhibitions. Prepare artwork for print production and liaise with printers to ensure quality, colour accuracy, and timely delivery. 3. Digital Marketing & Brand Collateral Design digital marketing assets, including social media graphics, email marketing banners, digital advertisements, infographics, and website visuals. Conceptualise and design corporate merchandise, promotional giveaways, branded apparel, and marketing materials while coordinating with suppliers on artwork approval and production quality. Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print communications. Skills & Qualifications Required Experience Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, creative marketing, visual communications, or event design within an in-house marketing team or creative agency. Event Design Experience: Experience supporting the design and execution of exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, or corporate events is preferred. Technical Skills Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite , particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Strong understanding of exhibition booth design, branding, visual merchandising, and spatial planning. Good knowledge of print production processes, large-format printing, artwork preparation, and production specifications. Ability to prepare creative briefs, interpret design requirements, and review technical drawings and production artwork. Core Competencies Strong conceptual design skills with an eye for branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling. Able to work effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, printers, fabricators, and external agencies. Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines. Meticulous in maintaining brand consistency and ensuring accuracy across all creative deliverables. Understands how visual design, booth layouts, and customer experience contribute to brand visibility and audience engagement.
