Director Of Growth

Role and Responsibilities We are looking for a Director of Growth to own our growth strategy and execution across the full customer lifecycle. You will define how we acquire, activate, and retain customers, including scaling revenue and expanding market share. You will report directly to the Executive Director and work closely with all internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities include: Strategy: Build and communicate a comprehensive growth marketing and sales plan to help the business achieve its revenue goals. Research: Continuously acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry and regulatory landscape, competition and incentive programs available (e.g. grants, trainings, etc.). Sales and Marketing: Optimise customer acquisition (e.g. SEO, marketing, discovery channels, branding, etc.), improve lead generation, conversion and retention rate. Customer Success: Foster lasting customer relationships and ensure that they achieve their business goals over time. Stakeholder Management: Ensure that growth initiatives, strategic partnerships and business goals are aligned with and supported by the management, community partners and customers.
