Leasing Manager (Industrial)

We are recruiting for an industrial/logistics platform who is looking to continue to scale up and given recent expansion, they are seeking a Leasing Manager who has in-depth experience in industrial properties. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and performance of this portfolio. You will play a critical role in maintaining strong tenant relationships, driving occupancy, and identifying new leasing opportunities. You will be driving lease renewals and new leasing activities by engaging tenants, managing agents, and prospective clients; maintain good landlord-tenant relationships. You will attend to tenancy matters such as managing incoming leasing enquiries, conduct site viewings, and deliver presentations to prospective clients. You will lead lease negotiations and documentation, maintain accurate and up-to-date tenancy schedules and rental reports. You will be responsible for lease documentation, management of leases, as well as support reporting to stakeholders, including income budgeting and forecasting for leasing activities. You will also be managing marketing materials and support promotional efforts for the property portfolio, build and maintain strategic relationships with industry peers and agents to improve portfolios occupancy and updates on Industrial market trends. Requirements: You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field from a reputable institution with at least 8 years of experience in industrial leasing. You are results-oriented and possess commercial acumen. You possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
