About this role
Overview: We are seeking a creative, strategic, analytical and data-driven professional to join the Promotions and Outreach team at the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)Council. You will plan, execute and manage integrated marketing communications across WSH Council channels, while also supporting the promotion of national and sectoral initiatives such as the WSH Awards and engagement programmes including outreach to migrant workers. This role contributes to raising WSH awareness, promoting good WSH practices and strengthening the WSH culture in Singapore. Job Responsibilities: · Plan and execute integrated marketing communications across WSH Council channels (e-newsletters, social media, website, publications and events) · Develop and produce communications materials (digital, print, video, podcasts) in line with branding guidelines · Manage e-newsletter operations including content coordination, subscriber database, production and timely publication · Support website content planning and updates to ensure accuracy, relevance and user-friendly experience · Support production of in-house multimedia content (e.g. event coverage, interviews, podcasts and presentations) · Support promotion and execution of national and sectoral initiatives such as WSH Awards and engagement campaigns, including outreach to migrant workers · Assist in WSH Awards administration, communications, evaluation coordination, timeline management and award ceremony support · Support planning and delivery of sectoral and stakeholder events to drive awareness and participation · Work with internal teams, partners and vendors to deliver campaigns and programmes on time, within quality standards and budget · Monitor and evaluate communications and programme performance using engagement and participation metrics, and support continuous improvement of outreach effectiveness Requirements: · Tertiary education in Communications, Marketing or related discipline · At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, campaigns, or related fields (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered) · Experience in managing multi-channel communications (social media, website, e-newsletters, publications, events) · Experience in content creation and campaign execution; exposure to large-scale programmes/events (e.g. awards, national campaigns) is an advantage · Proficiency in design and multimedia tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) · Experience using analytics tools to track engagement and optimise campaigns · Familiarity with AI-enabled tools (e.g. generative AI for content creation and productivity) Preferred Skills/ Background: · Good written and verbal communication skills · Strong stakeholder management, project coordination and organisational skills · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail · Experience with government, statutory boards, industry associations or agencies · Adaptable, collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset Kindly state your expected salary in your application.
