Join Our Team! We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Staff to support our growing financial advisory team. If you have experience in the insurance industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! Job Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales and advisory team. Prepare, submit, and follow up on insurance applications and policy servicing requests. Liaise with insurers, clients, and internal departments. Maintain accurate client records and ensure proper documentation. Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings. Handle general office administration and correspondence. Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Requirements Experience in the insurance or financial advisory industry is preferred. Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and communication skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
