Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive/Manager to drive sales growth for our Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) products and packaging solutions. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and expand our presence across industries such as chemicals, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, agriculture, and logistics. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for IBC containers and related packaging solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial agreements. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with customers. Work closely with the operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Provide technical product recommendations based on customers' storage and transportation requirements. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits when required. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and after-sales support. Attend trade exhibitions, industry events, and networking activities to generate new business opportunities. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and pipeline updates in the CRM system. Monitor customer feedback and market developments to identify opportunities for product improvement and business expansion. Requirements Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline. Minimum 4–7 years of experience in business development or sales within the industrial packaging, plastic products, logistics, chemical, manufacturing, or related industries. Experience selling Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC), drums, pallets, industrial packaging, or similar products is highly preferred. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to understand customer operational requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Preferred Experience Experience with rigid plastic packaging, reusable containers, industrial packaging, or logistics equipment. Existing network within the chemical, food processing, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, oil & gas, agriculture, or logistics sectors.
