Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, onboarding and partnering with hiring managers on manpower planning. Coordinate Learning & Development, leadership development and talent management initiatives, including succession planning, High-Potential (HiPo) programmes, leadership coaching and employee development activities. Liaise with external stakeholders including training providers, educational institutions, recruitment partners and government agencies to support workforce development initiatives. Administer HR-related government grants and funding claims (e.g. SkillsFuture, Workforce Singapore, NTUC/e2i), ensuring compliance with audit and documentation requirements. Support HR digitalisation and continuous improvement initiatives, including HR systems, workflow automation, Learning Management Systems (LMS), HR analytics and process enhancement projects. Assist in HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, policy implementation and other HR & administrative activities to support organisational effectiveness. Key Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to End-to-end Recruitment, Learning & Development and Talent Management or Organisation Development Experience managing government grants and HR funding claims (e.g. SkillsFuture, WSG, NTUC/e2i, Enterprise Development Grant). Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with confidence to engage employees across all levels. Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience within a manufacturing environment will be highly advantageous. Why Join?
