Production Supervisor (Chemical)

Permanent position, Salary up to $3,500 Working location at Jurong island Normal working hour, open to work on 12 hours rotating shift if needed. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production support activities to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. Manage production schedules, raw material availability, packaging, and inventory to support uninterrupted manufacturing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational and business objectives. Monitor production performance, inventory levels, and resource utilisation, while identifying opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Lead and supervise technicians and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures. Perform SAP transactions, maintain accurate operational records, and prepare production, inventory, and performance reports. Drive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, automation, and digitalisation initiatives to optimise plant performance. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, Safety Management Systems, environmental regulations, and statutory requirements. Requirements Relevant experience in manufacturing, chemical, or process plant operations. Good understanding of production planning, inventory management, process operations, workplace safety, and SAP or other ERP systems. Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, resourceful, and committed to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Willing to work rotating shifts (AM/PM), including weekends and public holidays when operationally required.
