Aboutthe Role Triton AI is expanding our recruitment team with a strong focus on the AI, technology and engineering sectors. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and relationship-driven Talent Solutions Partner who is passionate about developing a specialist recruitment portfolio with us. This is an end-to-end recruitment role covering business development, client account management, candidate sourcing, offer management and post-placement support.You will have the opportunity to build trusted partnerships with companies and professionals while contributing directly to the growth of our business. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client acquisition to candidate placement, offer management and onboarding. Identify new business opportunities and build a strong client portfolio within the AI, technology and engineering sectors. Develop trusted relationships with clients by understanding their businesses, hiring plans, talent needs and organisational culture. Provide consultative recruitment solutions, talent-market insights and salary guidance to clients. Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, database searches and direct outreach. Screen and assess candidates based on their experience, technical capabilities, career goals and suitability for each opportunity. Prepare candidate profiles, coordinate interviews and provide timely updates and feedback to clients and candidates. Manage salary discussions, offer negotiations, counteroffers, notice periods and pre-employment requirements. Maintain regular contact with successful candidates before their commencement dates andsupport a smooth onboarding process. Follow up with clients and candidates after each placement to ensure both parties are satisfied and to address any concerns. Build and maintain a strong network of clients and qualified professionals across theAI, technology and engineering markets. Monitor industry developments, hiring trends, talent availability and salary movements to provide relevant market advice. Maintain accurate records of all client, candidate and recruitment activities. Work closely with the wider team to share market intelligence, achieve business goals and grow Triton AI’s specialist recruitment portfolio. KeyRequirements Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI)certification is required. Previous experience in the recruitment or employment agency industry will be an advantage. Strong interest in AI, technology and engineering recruitment. Confident in business development, relationship management and professional communication. Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable working towards individual and team objectives. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously. Good negotiation, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills. Able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team. Entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in building a recruitment portfolio from the ground up.
