Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination to successful placement. Proactively source and engage suitable candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, database search, and direct outreach. Conduct resume screening, candidate interviews, and assessment to match the right talent to suitable job opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide professional career advice throughout the hiring process. Understand clients’ business needs, hiring requirements, and provide recruitment support by recommending suitable candidates. Identify new business opportunities, develop new client relationships, and maintain rapport with existing clients. Coordinate closely with both clients and candidates to ensure smooth interview arrangements, follow-ups, offer management, and onboarding process. Requirements: Comprehensive training will be provided. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven, proactive, and comfortable speaking with people from different backgrounds. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements at the same time. Positive attitude, willing to learn, and keen to build a career in recruitment and HR.
