About this role

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow customer accounts and strengthen market presence. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the renewable energy industry. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions to meet their business needs. Prepare and present sales reports, revenue analyses, expense reports, and sales forecasts to management. Monitor market trends, industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering teams, to ensure alignment of business objectives and customer satisfaction. Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with customers. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the business. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline. Minimum 4 to 5 years of proven sales or business development experience.
