Account Manager (CCTV / Sales)

Job Responsibilities Develop and manage new and existing customer accounts. Promote and sell CCTV, Access Control, Video Intercom, Alarm, and other security solutions. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable security solutions. Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and system integrators. Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities. Ensure high customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support when required. Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in CCTV, Access Control, Electronic Security, ELV, or related industries. Good knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Video Management Systems (VMS), biometric systems, and related security products. Willing to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
