Regional Quality Director - Manufacturing

Job Description Support GM in driving Integrated Quality initiatives in Singapore facility Lead internal audits across products, processes, and procedures Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Review and approve project documentation for compliance Manage customer-driven change management and qualification activities Oversee product acceptance testing Develop and implement quality plans and technical documentation Establish and maintain quality standards, procedures, and governance systems Improve inspection and testing methods to ensure product reliability Ensure compliance with quality specifications through corrective actions Lead, coach, and develop quality team members Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, cost, and waste reduction Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field 10+ years of experience in Quality and/or Engineering At least 5 years in a leadership/management role Experience in metrology, inspection techniques, and engineering drawings Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing (machining, casting, stamping, fabrication) Experience with SAP or similar ERP quality systems Strong knowledge of 8D problem-solving methodology HOW TO APPLY: Interested applicants, please click on “Apply Now” and provide the below details in your resume.
