Logistics Coordinator (Airfreight Import / East)

Responsibilities: Coordinate import shipments with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth and timely operations. Work closely with the supervisor on day-to-day operational and administrative tasks, as well as liaise with overseas offices and partners. Prepare and manage import/export documentation, including break bulk documents, invoices, delivery orders (D/O), shipment summary reports, and related paperwork. Maintain accurate and well-organized shipment records, both digitized and in physical filing systems. Handle customs permits and declarations, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. Follow up with terminals and airlines on shipment clearance matters and coordinate cargo survey arrangements where required. Prepare and generate monthly reports according to customers' requirements. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in airfreight import operations. Minimum O-Level qualification or equivalent. Strong customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently, multitask effectively, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently.
