Key Responsibilities Optimize plant work processes and production by identifying process gaps, recommending improvements, and leading the approval and implementation of new or revised processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful adoption of process changes. Proactively identify potential issues before incidents occur and ensure plant operations meet design specifications. Lead and champion Risk Assessments and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to mitigate operational risks. Apply the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle by conducting regular checks, reviews, and briefings to drive continuous improvement. Serve as a trainer and mentor for engineers, senior engineers, and technicians, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and optimal team proficiency. Job Requirement Min Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent At least 2 years of relevant working experience Data analysis using quality tools and troubleshooting skills. Communications – written and verbal, ability to conduct upward and downward relationship management.
