Responsibilities: Manage high-value accounts, and build long-term pipelines for repeat business. Assist in structuring tailored catering solutions and menu recommendations for premium or complex client enquiries. Partner closely with the Kitchen & Operation teams to bridge the gap between sales promises and seamless event execution. Lead vital pre-event briefings with internal departments and conduct site inspections for complex venue logistics. Act as the point of contact for service recoveries and handle complex client concerns professionally.
